I USED THIS RECIPE FROM THE FOOD NETWORK LAST YEAR AND IT WAS A HUGE HIT !
YOU AND YOUR FAMILY WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!
Use a flat rack not a deep one.
Do not use the little white plastic thermometer that comes with the turkey. It’s not very accurate.
Stuffing is evil and is a haven for bacteria.
Use of aromatics to season the turkey.
*2 cinnamon sticks
*Rosemary (fresh) -2 sprigs
*sage (fresh) one hole stalk
*half of an onion + one apple chopped and put into a bowl then microwave in 1 tsp water for one minute.
Stuff your bird with all of the above ingredients and your done!
350 degrees for 3 hours 45 minutes for a 19 lb turkey.
